Yes we have A4, A3, A2, A1 or A0 sizes to choose from.
There are many places and options to buy off the shelf ready made ‘A-size’ frames, however these will generally be a standard frame and style. Choosing one of our Box Frames, Floating Frames or Rounded Corner Frames means that you are purchasing a beautifully crafted 100% solid wood frame, click here to learn more about our handmade frames.

‘Unframed’ Rolled Prints & Posters – Customers can purchase any unframed artwork either printed on fine art paper or canvas stock, they are professionally printed with Epson Ultra Chrome Inks. Once the prints arrive to you they can be either custom framed by a local framer or placed in an existing standard ‘A size’ frame.

Framed Paper Prints – Printed on Canson 210gsm 100% cotton, museum grade, white fine art paper, then dry mounted to 5mm adhesive foam core, before being framed with a choice of 7 Box frame styles; Natural Australian Oak, Chestnut (Stain), Light Oak (Stain), Black Wood Grain, Black (Smooth), White (Smooth) or our signature handmade Round Corner (Light Oak) frame.

Stretched Canvas Prints – Printed on 100% poly-cotton, matt artist canvas, then stretched around our hand made wooden stretcher frames, supporting bars are also added to the inside of the frame for reinforcement. All canvas artwork is printed with a mirrored edge or (gallery wrap) which creates a perfectly mirrored design of your artwork once its stretched around the edges of the frame.

Framed Canvas – This product consist of both a stretched canvas and a solid wood frame around the canvas, they are available in one of our 4 choices of Floating Frames or also known as Shadow Box Frames; White Smooth, Black Smooth, Black Wood Grain or Natural Australian Oak timber. Canvases are set into the frame with a 5mm gap, creating a shadow effect between the print and the floating frame.

Yes! Although we do not use a ‘mat board’, instead a non-printed area creates a stylish white border around the image. Or you can simply have your artwork printed edge to edge. There is an option to make this selection located in the drop down box labeled ‘White Border’ on each product page.

*Note that added borders are included in the overall size of your chosen artwork.

Our frames come fitted with a high grade 3mm Plexiglass, a shatterproof high grade acrylic alternative that is lighter, clearer and 10x stronger than regular glass. This ensures your framed artwork arrives undamaged.


We recommend hanging your prints in a well-ventilated area and avoid hanging them in direct sunlight, as this will cause the artwork to fade. Remember to only use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe the outside of your framed print or canvas floating frame, do not use any chemical cleaners on touch the printed surface.

If you have ordered a rolled print please ensure you use a pair of cotton gloves to handle the outside edges of the print, even with gloves touching the surface can scuff or mark the print, so please ensure you take care.

We know your excited to receive your new artwork, so here's a guide for you.

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfil them as quickly as possible! Once we receive an order confirmation production will generally start straight away. Please contact us ASAP through the instant messenger to discuss any changes to your order.

Please allow a production time frame of 7-10 buisness days for framed prints and stretched canvases, and 3-5 business days for unframed prints.

Shipping

Once we dispatch your item we will send your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.

To do this head to the Order Status Section on your account to view tracking details, or depending on the shipping method you may visit the selected couriers online tracking page and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the couriers website.

Currently we offer free shipping in Australia when you spend over $200.

Generally yes, unless you have given us permission to leave the item in a safe location at your stated address. Please note if you have missed your delivery you may incur a redelivery fee or be required to pick up the item at your nearest local pick up point.

Currently we only offer our rolled prints and rolled canvases to international customers, please head over to our Shipping Page for details about costs and expected shipping times related to your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Something not right with the product you ordered? Here's what to do next.

We understand that unfortunately items can sometimes get damaged in transit, we ask that once you are made aware of the damage please send a photo including its packaging to info@printworkshop.com.au, as soon as we receive the pictures of the damage, upon acceptance of the faults we will arrange for the item to be returned to us and organise a replacement.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you change your mind on any full price item, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt, please email us at info@printworkshop.com.au to notify us of your change of mind and we will happily exchange it or offer a store credit, please note, you must return the item in its original condition and it must be packaged in the original packaging the exact same way it was when you received it from us. It is your responsibility to cover the costs of returning the product back to us.
