At Print Workshop, we take pride in the quality and design of our products. If you experience issues with the material or workmanship of your Print Workshop product, or the item is not as clearly described on the website, we will gladly replace part or all of it, at our discretion, with proof of purchase.
Any damage should be notified to us as soon as possible, photographs of the damage must be supplied as proof, please email these to email@example.com
You are entitled to return an item if you believe that there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the item if it can be posted or easily returned, and you are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from us if the item is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts.DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We understand that from time to time items may arrive damaged via Australia Post or Private Courier. Please be assured that we are here to work with you to resolve any such issues, once you are made aware please send a photo of the damaged items and packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org, upon acceptance of the faults we will arrange for the item to be returned to us and organise a replacement.
If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please take photos showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICYWe want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you change your mind on any full price item, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt, please email us at email@example.com to notify us of your change of mind and we will happily exchange your item or offer a store credit, please note you must return the item in its original condition and in the original packaging. It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of returning the product back to us.
As soon as we receive your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will issue you with a store credit voucher in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less the cost to ship the product to you.
WHERE REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE
You are not entitled to a replacement or refund, for any misuse of our products, this includes:
- Fading caused by hanging the artwork in direct sunlight, damaged caused by wiping the surface of a printed canvas
- Damaged caused by scratching the plexiglass on our framed prints with any product, use only a dry microfiber cloth to wipe our framed prints and canvas float frames, do not use any chemical cleaners or touch the printed surface.
- Damage arising from abnormal use or abuse
- Damage to external or product packaging only
- Insignificant minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain or finish
